Question 14: How do I create a position within a company?

Hey J I hope all is well. So I'm watching your videos and I actually have an interview tomorrow. I plan on creating my own position. I have a lot of experience on my resume but I'm trying to find a way to align what I want to do for a career. There isn't any one person that does what I ideally want to do but their are a combination which include: Wes Wesley, Oprah, Robert K, Jay Z, Tricia Rose and Ron Clark. Being that their isn't necessarily a template for my career, what could I do to possibly create one? SG
